In this way the online payment  can be made to Ana Dyla in a secured environment. Mollie is only responsible for the handling of your online payment and does not have any influence on the delivery of your online ordered products and services. Is your order a gift? Note that in the remarks field and we will deliver your order in a nice package.


If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days. Fill in on the online contact form that you wish to exchange or return an article. The costs and responsibility are for your account. Return or exchange is only possible when the article:

  • is in undamaged state,
  • is not worn and/or used,
  • includes the original and undamaged packaging.

Ana Dyla has the right to refuse returned items if they don’t comply with the above conditions. Do you wish to return an article? please notify Ana Dyla by filling in the online contact form.

  • the reason for returning the item.

The refund, minus the shipping costs, will take place within 14 days after receipt of the article, Do you wish to exchange an article? please notify Ana Dyla by filling in the online contact form:

  • the article for which you wish to exchange.

Once we have received and checked the article we will send you the new article.

Returning faulty products

When we ship your jewellery we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. If a product reaches the delivery address in faulty condition you have the right to return the product within 3 months. We will send you a new one without extra costs. When the article is not in stock, we will talk about the best solution. Please note that any damage to the jewellery, caused by improper treatment, is not covered by warranty. Please contact us as soon as you discover any production fault.

Refund information

After we received and checked the product we will send you within 14 days a credit note and refund.
