As a payment service provider, Mollie offers merchants the possibility to offer all kinds of payment methods, such as iDEAL and PayPal, in their webshop. This way, you as a consumer can do your online transaction to Ana Dyla in a safe and sound payment environment. Mollie is only responsible for the handling of your online payment and does not have any influence on the delivery of your online ordered products and services.

If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within 30 days. Fill in the online contact form where you notify that you wish to return an article. The costs and responsibility are for your account.
- The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging.
Ana Dyla reserves the right to refuse returned items.
- If you wish to return an article please notify Ana Dyla within fourteen days after receipt by filling in the online contact form. To make the process go as quick as possible record the following information on to the contact form:
- that you wish to return an article, - product description, - the reason for returning the item.
The refund, minus the shipping costs, will take place after receipt and inspection within thirty days.
- If you wish to exchange an article please notify Ana Dyla within fourteen days after receipt by filling in the online contact form. To make the process go as quick as possible record the following information onto the contact form: - that you wish to exchange an article, - product description, - the article for which you wish to exchange. Once we have received the article you want to exchange and we have checked it we will send you the new article.:
The products are both un-used and unwashed.
The swing ticket and the original packaging has not been damaged.
Returning faulty products
When we ship your jewellery we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. If a product reaches the delivery address in faulty condition you have the right to return the product within 3 months. We will send you a new one without extra costs.
Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the products inappropriately and the product is not faulty due to your conduct.
The claim shall be given within a reasonable time after you discover any fault. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
After we receive and process the product you will get refunded. We will process a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail please allow another 8 working days for the refund to be credited to your bankaccount.
The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you’re with. We have no control over it. The refunds will be issued based on the form of payment you used when ordering.
